More Than a Cut Line

Laser cutting that supports the entire finished product.

Good laser cutting is not simply about following a digital path. Material behavior, kerf, heat, edge quality, thickness, masking, part spacing and downstream assembly all affect the result. Our process starts with how the finished piece will be used, then works backward to the right laser, settings and production method.

Because we also produce signs, engraved products, displays, printed graphics and fabricated assemblies, we can help turn a cut component into a complete, presentation-ready solution rather than handing you an unfinished part with no clear next step.

The Right Laser for the Job

CO2, MOPA, IR and diode systems under one roof.

Different laser sources interact with materials in different ways. Our equipment mix lets us choose the system best suited to the material, thickness, desired edge, detail, speed and finish rather than forcing every project through one machine.

CO2 Laser

Ideal for many acrylics, woods, papers, fabrics, leathers, foams and other non-metal materials.

MOPA Laser

Useful for precision work on compatible metals, coated materials and applications requiring controlled pulse behavior.

IR Laser

Suited to fine processing on select plastics, electronics-related materials and specialty substrates.

Diode Laser

Effective for select wood, coated and specialty applications where controlled, detailed processing is needed.

Materials We Commonly Process

Versatile material options for creative and functional projects.

Material suitability depends on exact composition, thickness, coating and the desired result. We review each application before production and may request a sample for specialty materials.

Acrylic & Engraving Plastics

Our Laser Cutting Process

A clear path from idea to finished parts.

We keep projects organized with practical file review, material confirmation, proofing and production planning before the first sheet is cut.

Scope & Material Review

We identify the use, size, quantity, material, thickness, finish, tolerances and deadline.

File Preparation

We review vector paths, closed shapes, line weights, nesting and any artwork cleanup needed for production.

Testing & Approval

For specialty materials or critical fits, we may produce a sample or test cut before the full run.

Cutting & Finishing

Parts are cut, inspected, sorted and prepared for pickup, shipping or further fabrication.

Precision in Practice

Clean, professional results across a wide range of applications.

Laser Cutting FAQ

Questions before you request a quote?

What file types work best for laser cutting?

Vector files are preferred, including AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and DXF files with clean, closed paths. We can often help prepare or rebuild artwork when a production-ready vector file is not available.

Can you cut metal?

Our metal capability depends on the metal type, thickness, coating and intended result. MOPA and IR systems are well suited to certain precision metal and coated-metal applications, but not every metal-cutting job is appropriate for our equipment. Send the specifications so we can confirm feasibility.

Can I provide my own material?

Yes, in many cases. We will need the exact material name, composition, thickness and safety documentation when applicable. Some materials cannot be laser processed because they produce hazardous fumes or damage equipment.

Do you offer small quantities?

Yes. We support one-off custom pieces, prototypes and short production runs as well as repeat orders. Minimum charges may apply based on setup, file preparation and testing.

Can you help design the part or sign?

Yes. Our team can help with concept development, vector artwork, dimensional lettering, sign components, displays and production planning. Design charges depend on complexity and whether usable source files are provided.

How fast can a laser cutting project be completed?

Turnaround depends on material availability, quantity, testing, artwork readiness and current production volume. Straightforward projects with approved files move faster than specialty materials or assemblies requiring sampling.

Have a laser cutting project in mind?

Send the dimensions, quantity, material, artwork and desired completion date. We will review the project and recommend the best production path.
