7. Proofs and Approvals

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs, specifications, measurements, spelling, grammar, colors, quantities, materials, placement, and other project details before approval.

Approval authorizes production based on the approved proof or specification.

Alabama Sign Company is not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Screen displays, office printers, and mobile devices may not reproduce colors accurately. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching process is included in the written order.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Alabama Sign Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
